• Utilize various search techniques to create a strong candidate pipeline.
• Evaluate candidates by examining resumes and job applications, along with conducting phone screenings.
• Take charge of the candidate experience by crafting and overseeing job postings, descriptions, and position criteria.
• Drive recruitment initiatives for internal fractional financial professionals, ranging from Senior Accountant to CFO, joining the Ascent CFO Solutions team.
• Identify and place external interim financial professionals to assist with client engagements.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, including advancements in AI.
• Oversee the entire interview, selection, and offer letter process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Be knowledgeable about a diverse range of sourcing channels.
• Collaborate effectively with the Leadership Team.
• Prior experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment is essential.
• Agency recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of building effective and cooperative working relationships based on trust.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of making independent decisions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking (ATS) and HRIS systems is needed.
• Proficient in managing a diverse range of relationships with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening practices is important.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations is required.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Strong follow-up skills are essential.
• Experience in managing a candidate funnel or pipeline is necessary.
