This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Assist in defining and executing the strategic vision and growth initiatives for the Patient Service Center (PSC) in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Work alongside stakeholders from PECS Solutions, Compliance, JJIT, and Commercial Lead partners.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of PSC support initiatives that encompass access, education, reimbursement, and copay assistance.
• Supervise daily PSC operations, including patient access, call center management, data administration, and client services.
• Ensure operational efficiency, scalability, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry benchmarks.
• Act as a subject matter expert for pharmaceutical clients while fostering satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Oversee budgets, financial objectives, and resource distribution for HUB Services.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement in service delivery and accountability.
• Mentor and develop leadership and staff within the PSC.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree is required in healthcare, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience in healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or specialty pharmacy services.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing contact center services or patient access programs, which includes operational leadership and client-functional and/or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver innovative solutions and achieve operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, reimbursement models, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and patient access issues.
• Experience in Oncology, Immunology, or rare diseases is preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets and operational performance metrics.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and digital tools utilized in HUB operations.
