Director of Provider Success – Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Analyze provider-level data and key performance indicators to uncover coaching and training possibilities.

• Convert data insights into clear, actionable development strategies.

• Create tailored development plans based on experience, performance metrics, and identified growth opportunities.

• Develop and oversee a scalable education and training framework for providers across the platform.

• Foster a connected community of Annie providers spanning various locations, brands, and regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a medical aesthetics provider, including practical injecting proficiency (RN, NP, or PA preferred).

• At least 4 years in a clinical operations capacity with proven leadership abilities and successful project execution.

• In-depth knowledge of injectables, laser treatments, skin health, treatment planning, consultation processes, and client interactions.

• Exceptional project management capabilities.

• Competence in providing direct, compassionate, and actionable feedback to providers of all skill levels.
