Director of Proposal Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate state and commercial RFPs across all three divisions of TWF.

• Conduct bid-no-bid assessments in collaboration with TWF leadership.

• Manage the complete proposal lifecycle: kickoff, compliance matrix, scheduling, color reviews, production, and submission.

• Facilitate subject matter expert input from TWF Founding Partners and consultants.

• Develop TWF's response library, including past performance, key personnel, technical narratives, and pricing structures.

• Track post-submission outcomes and capture debriefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in proposal and bid management.

• APMP certification is preferred.

• Experience with state HHS or behavioral health contracting is strongly preferred.
