This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the global PMO function and develop a scalable Solution Delivery operating framework.
• Define lifecycle phases, readiness gates, project classifications, standardized project plans, and close-out processes.
• Implement earned value tracking to enhance visibility into margin, revenue forecasting, utilization, and project health.
• Establish Project Get to Green governance for projects classified as Yellow and Red.
• Improve data quality in Salesforce and PSA, along with portfolio reporting.
• Set up global capacity planning, staffing guidelines, utilization targets, and governance for non-billable work.
• Optimize the balance of onshore and offshore resources across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and India while ensuring delivery quality.
• Drive adoption and behavioral changes across Project Management, Delivery Management, and regional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Incorporate lessons learned into Product, scoping, and future delivery processes.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Solution Delivery and influence executives, including the CCO and COO.
• Proven experience in governing a portfolio of multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project health, risk management, delivery outcomes, and executive portfolio governance.
• Proficient in managing project gates with clearly defined entry and exit criteria.
• Knowledge of professional services financial management, including earned value, margin, revenue forecasting, and utilization.
• Capability to apply earned value analysis and identify margin variances.
• Experience in designing and implementing standardized delivery methodologies.
• Skilled in creating project plans for a range of offerings and varying implementation complexities.
• Expertise in global capacity planning and staffing across both onshore and offshore delivery resources.
• Proficient in establishing utilization targets and staffing guidelines utilizing system data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and PSA data quality as well as project-level financial data.
• Ability to lead operational model changes without direct reporting authority.
• Competence in driving adoption across diverse regions, teams, and cultures.
