This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee strategic client onboarding, implementation, consulting, and transformation initiatives.
• Responsible for ensuring successful project execution, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and upholding strong governance.
• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of significant client consulting, onboarding, transition, and transformation projects.
• Establish and uphold project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, budget, and quality criteria.
• Lead the creation and evaluation of project plans, transition roadmaps, RAID logs, governance documentation, and executive Steering Committee reports.
• Serve as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key strategic clients.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive business reviews, governance meetings, and customer status updates.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives throughout the Special Projects function.
• Develop scalable delivery processes, project frameworks, and best practices to improve client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product leadership to bolster strategic growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, consulting, or professional services settings.
• Extensive experience leading complex global transformation, implementation, or operational delivery programs.
• Proven success in managing senior stakeholders, executive sponsors, and strategic client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including project forecasting, resource planning, and budget oversight.
• Profound understanding of Payroll, Accounting, HR, and Legal Entity Management services, especially within international business contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of global expansion programs and their associated operational requirements.
• Experience with leading payroll providers and platforms, particularly ADP and CloudPay.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
