This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Director of Program Management acts as a catalyst for strategic priorities for the CEO and Leadership Team, merging executive advisory duties with leadership in program management.
• This position converts the leadership vision and priorities into actionable strategies, propelling enterprise initiatives, recognizing obstacles, and ensuring alignment across leadership, operations, clinical, finance, product, and technology sectors.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Head of Product to articulate and implement strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute a system to monitor key initiatives, milestones, and KPIs, fostering clarity and accountability among leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning growth, clinical operations, technology, and finance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the executive team.
• Prepare agendas and materials for board, investor, and executive meetings as requested.
• Conduct analyses to support vital strategic decisions.
• Identify and communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and dependencies.
• Spot inefficiencies and implement scalable process enhancements.
• Standardize project management frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Foster organizational discipline and ensure follow-through on initiatives.
• Minimize friction and eliminate barriers to executing the leadership vision and priorities.
• Ensure consistent messaging across departments and alignment on priorities.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and track actions taken.
• Provide structured updates on key initiatives.
• Coordinate board materials and executive updates.
• Represent the CEO in meetings when deemed appropriate.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or PMO leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• Strong project and program management abilities, translating priorities into actionable execution.
• Capability to operate across various functions simultaneously and manage multiple work streams concurrently.
• Proficient in transforming ambiguity into clear, measurable pathways.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in dissecting ambiguous problems and forming independent viewpoints.
• Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to align, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in healthcare or managed care is preferred.
