This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the delivery and implementation of CollegeSpring’s program within designated partner organizations.
• Ensure that educators and partners are equipped with training, coaching, resources, and support for implementation.
• Develop, deliver, and enhance training programs for educators and supervisors to build their capacity.
• Assess the quality of implementation, educator engagement, partner feedback, and student results.
• Act as the main relationship manager for key partner accounts from the implementation phase through renewal.
• Guide the partner renewal processes, identify opportunities for expansion, and assist in launching new partnerships.
• Articulate CollegeSpring’s value and impact through presentations, updates, reports, and data-driven storytelling.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Program Experience team.
• Establish scalable implementation methodologies, planning processes, quality standards, and enhance organizational capacity.
• Align personnel, priorities, and resources across departments to further organizational objectives and improve student impact.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in education, customer success, instructional leadership, curriculum development, program implementation, or related fields.
• Extensive experience collaborating with K–12 school districts.
• A strong commitment to utilizing technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations.
• Instructional expertise as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, instructional coach, or leader in professional learning.
• Profound understanding of effective teaching methods and capacity building for educators.
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships within school systems.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in designing and delivering presentations, facilitating large group and virtual learning experiences, and creating practical resources.
• Capability to navigate intricate educational systems, balance stakeholder needs, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Strong commitment to educational equity and a solid understanding of formative assessment, educator coaching, and professional learning.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move materials and/or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Education, Public Policy, Public Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Experience with digital learning platforms, learning management systems, or educational technology.
• Preferred: Familiarity with college and career readiness programs and assessments such as SAT, ACT, TSIA2, or ACCUPLACER.
• Preferred: Background in education nonprofits, school districts, or edtech organizations.
