Director of Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and implement process enhancements along with the creation of policies, procedures, methods, and tools to support delivery.

• Ensure that projects and deliverables are finished on schedule and within budget while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including Sales and Sales Ops, to ensure resources are aligned with both short- and long-term demand.

• Act as a customer advocate by routing information and addressing customer needs within the organization.

• Provide reports on staffing, utilization, project health, and financial performance for Senior Leadership and our Board.

• Create and maintain current profiles of skills, knowledge, and competencies for the PS team.

• Accurately estimate and forecast monthly delivery revenue.

• Stay informed about current product offerings.

• Conduct online and on-site presentations tailored to meet each prospective customer's needs.

• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of management experience in Professional or Technical Services, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships.

• Experience working collaboratively with international teams and remote team members.

• Background in software/hardware implementation or consultative roles (or equivalent experience).

• Proficient in utilizing data to analyze results and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Strong passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering a top-notch service experience.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new software and evolving business requirements.

• Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.

• Expertise in developing new service capabilities to support growth, scalability, and global reach.
