Director of Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand Professional Services operations throughout South East, North Asia (SENA), and India, collaborating closely with sales teams.

• Implement strategic revenue growth initiatives that align with available opportunities.

• Establish and maintain strategic alliances with Law Firms, Insurance providers, regulators, policy institutions, and other key industry stakeholders.

• Introduce new service offerings tailored to market demands.

• Manage multiple teams of technical experts in incident response, consulting, and implementation services.

• Own and oversee relationships related to partner delivery services.

• Propel thought leadership efforts through public speaking engagements and industry involvement.

• Foster a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement.

• Formulate and implement business cases for investment and growth.

• Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction across all service offerings.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in one or more relevant fields.

• Proven experience in driving revenue growth for professional services organizations.

• Demonstrated success in building and expanding technical teams.

• Strong grasp of market dynamics and business practices.

• Evidence of success in developing and sustaining partnerships.

• Experience managing incident response, consulting, or technology implementation projects.

• Successful track record in developing and executing business cases.

• Strong public speaking skills and thought leadership abilities.

• Capability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Willingness to travel locally within the region and internationally.
