This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee and direct product initiatives, ensuring outstanding experiences for end-users.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to comprehend customer requirements, pinpoint market opportunities, and formulate growth strategies.
β’ Develop and cultivate a high-performing product team.
β’ Execute market and customer research to uncover opportunities and challenges across various sectors.
β’ Establish clear product specifications rooted in a thorough understanding of customer needs.
β’ Collaborate with go-to-market (GTM) teams to craft sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
β’ Evaluate performance metrics to assess the success of product launches.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specializing in the management of enterprise SaaS products at scale.
β’ Exceptional product insight, with a proven track record in developing customer-driven product strategies for businesses and executing them effectively.
β’ A player-coach who can lead individual projects while simultaneously building and nurturing a high-performing product team.
β’ High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the capability to manage multiple priorities and stringent deadlines in a dynamic environment.
β’ Skilled in collaborating with customers and GTM teams, as well as Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams.
β’ A strong inclination towards taking action and a willingness to engage in hands-on work.
β’ Confident and comfortable in both verbal and written communication.
β’ A genuine interest in meeting customers, with travel expectations of approximately 25% of the time.
