Director of Product – Skylight Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Skylight platform.

• Enhance product features that boost customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

• Keep abreast of regulatory updates, industry trends, and new technologies such as AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI to inform future product functionalities.

• Convert business, customer, and regulatory needs into actionable product specifications for engineering teams.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure the delivery of high-quality product launches.

• Act as a product and compliance subject matter expert during client meetings, product showcases, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Assist enterprise sales initiatives through effective product positioning, roadmap discussions, and solution presentations.

• Guide and mentor product team members while fostering the development of product management practices across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, compliance technology, financial crime, risk management, or the financial services sector.

• Proven experience in leading regulated software products from initial concept to full production.

• In-depth knowledge of AML, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, SAR/CTR reporting, and financial crime compliance frameworks.

• Experience collaborating with software engineering teams in an Agile setting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including interactions with executives and clients.

• Expertise in AML/BSA, covering FinCEN regulations, SAR/CTR filing, transaction monitoring, and case management workflows.

• Familiarity with banking compliance technology, risk management platforms, or RegTech solutions.

• Experience with AI/ML products, particularly in regulated and audit-sensitive environments.

• Understanding of fintech, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and payment ecosystems.

• Experience supporting enterprise sales processes and collaborating with compliance, risk, and operations leaders.

• Background in managing products subject to regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance oversight.
