Director of Product – Platform & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish product requirements and roadmaps for cross-platform integrations, guiding them from initial concept to market launch.

• Oversee the consent and data governance framework regarding the movement of participant data throughout our ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert product capabilities into effective demonstrations.

• Partner directly with engineering (led by our CTO) to specify systems, define schemas, and evaluate architectural trade-offs.

• Engage with state Medicaid IT directors, system integrators, and enterprise partners to steer discussions towards favorable outcomes.

• Analyze the market landscape. Grasp the competitive environment and the nuances of a changing regulatory market, making a case for the success of our products.

• Make prioritization decisions across various product areas that vie for the same engineering resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 7 years of experience in SaaS product management and go-to-market strategies, with significant involvement in integrations, data products, or platform and ecosystem initiatives.

• You have been responsible for products where the primary value lies in the movement of data between systems rather than the functionality of a single user interface.

• You demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

• You can effectively collaborate with a sales team and assist them in achieving success, while also being able to engage with customers or partners to translate technical capabilities into business cases.

• You consider how a product can thrive in the market, not just whether it functions correctly.

• You are at ease with the uncertainties of early-stage environments.

• You have experience in a multi-product setting where product integration creates real value.

• Experience in government, healthcare, or compliance is advantageous but not mandatory.
