This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the operational efficiency of the UK Product organization.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product and Technology leadership to convert strategy into actionable plans.
β’ Work alongside Product leadership in both the UK and US to ensure that priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations are well understood and effectively managed.
β’ Contribute to the future design, capabilities, and operational framework of the Product organization.
β’ Provide direct Product Management leadership as necessary.
β’ Develop and enhance the capabilities of Product Management and Technical Program Management over time.
β’ Engage with stakeholders across the UK and US to synchronize priorities, strategies, and delivery expectations.
β’ Assist in roadmap planning, OKR formulation, and setting organizational goals.
β’ Identify organizational, delivery, and capability risks proactively before they escalate into obstacles.
β’ Guide teams through evolving priorities while ensuring clarity and progress.
β’ Foster effective communication and alignment across various disciplines, locations, and leadership teams.
β’ Participate in the continuous development of how Magnopus creates and delivers products.
β’ Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Delivery leadership roles.
β’ Proven experience in building, leading, or scaling product-focused teams and functions.
β’ Strong foundation in Product Management with a practical grasp of the product development lifecycle.
β’ Deep understanding of Product Management principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and delivery teams.
β’ Experience working across various disciplines, including Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership.
β’ Demonstrated ability to create clarity and direction in fast-paced or ambiguous settings.
β’ Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to balance immediate needs with long-term objectives.
β’ Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
β’ Confidence in making decisions and providing recommendations even when complete information is unavailable.
β’ Experience in defining operational processes and methodologies without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ A collaborative leadership approach focused on empowering others to succeed.
β’ A practical, hands-on mindset and a readiness to delve into details when required.
