This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the product marketing strategy for Cisco’s AI infrastructure portfolio.
• Link technical capabilities to the business outcomes that customers need for AI workloads and AI-native applications.
• Establish the narrative, positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and sales support necessary to enable secure, connected, and AI-ready organizations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Corporate Marketing, Analyst Relations, and Communications.
• Convert intricate infrastructure innovations into market value.
• Foster alignment across functions.
• Prepare the business to succeed with enterprise buyers and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 19+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Over 15 years of experience in B2B technology marketing.
• More than 5 years of experience in product marketing leadership specifically in enterprise infrastructure, networking, data center, cloud, security, or AI/ML platforms.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launch plans, and sales enablement materials for enterprise technology solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Proven experience working directly with product and engineering teams to convert technical roadmaps into customer-facing value propositions.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in leveraging market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.
• Direct experience managing and influencing distributed, global teams.
• A demonstrated track record of producing thought leadership content, such as white papers, executive narratives, and solution briefs for technical audiences.
• Experience in creating and implementing enablement programs for global sales teams and channel partners.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant field.
