This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the positioning and messaging for the neurodiversity product portfolio, ensuring clear communication across student, teacher, and administrator audiences.
• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, buyer requirements, and the advancing assistive technology market.
• Define and communicate a unique value proposition that appeals to SENCOs, special education teachers, and district leaders.
• Collaborate with the Product team to shape roadmap priorities using market insights and customer feedback.
• Manage the launch process for new products and notable feature releases, including planning, messaging, timing, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure that launches are consistently executed across Commercial, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, providing clear narratives and supporting materials.
• Create and maintain launch playbooks that the team can implement reliably and refine over time.
• Develop sales enablement resources, such as pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling guides to empower commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to create onboarding narratives, renewal communications, and expansion stories grounded in product value.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to assist Commercial and Finance teams in pricing and packaging discussions.
• Build and enhance buyer personas and customer journey maps to help GTM teams comprehend and engage their audiences effectively.
• Conduct win/loss analyses and transform customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer during internal planning cycles, ensuring that roadmap and GTM decisions reflect genuine educator and student needs.
• Keep abreast of trends in neurodiversity, special education policy, and assistive technology to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 product marketers, establishing clear priorities and fostering a culture of craftsmanship, curiosity, and accountability.
• Set the standard for this contributing leadership role, producing high-quality work alongside your team rather than merely directing it.
• Foster a collaborative environment with Customer Success, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, acting as a trusted partner across all areas.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor position.
• Proven experience in marketing B2B software, preferably within EdTech, assistive technology, special education, or related sectors.
• A successful history of managing product positioning and launches for complex, multi-product portfolios, enabling GTM and commercial teams to effectively take them to market.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and product teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
