This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the strategy for positioning, launching, and expanding our product in the marketplace.
• Lead a skilled team dedicated to sales enablement, enhancing website conversion, promoting feature adoption, and establishing market positioning.
• Advance our product marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market dominance.
• Take ownership of our core messaging and unique value proposition, ensuring it resonates with all target audiences.
• Oversee continuous customer, market, and competitive research initiatives.
• Establish a standard for converting product features into solution-focused messaging.
• Manage the go-to-market strategy for significant product and feature launches.
• Develop a comprehensive sales playbook program that aligns with product capabilities and addresses customer challenges.
• Define and lead the analyst relations strategy to ensure participation in important evaluations.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Web leadership to guarantee that product positioning is consistently represented across the website.
• Mentor and lead the Product Marketing team.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong comprehension of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, SaaS business models, and the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in executing go-to-market strategies, engaging with analysts, and formulating pricing strategies.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a strong executive presence.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation, G2, and Product Marketing Management platforms (e.g., Klue) is a plus.
• Exhibits AI literacy, with the capability to utilize AI tools to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and elevate work quality while exercising sound judgment and critical thinking.
