This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and continuously enhance the way we articulate our product vision, roadmap, and unique selling points.
• Convert intricate technical features into clear and persuasive business advantages.
• Maintain consistency across Sales, Marketing, and Product communications.
• Represent the organization at conferences, executive briefings, and industry events.
• Serve as a senior spokesperson for product innovation and strategic initiatives.
• Support strategic enterprise agreements with authority and insight.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams on significant opportunities.
• Develop solution narratives that align product features with customer challenges.
• Influence deal strategies where product direction and roadmap are essential.
• Provide structured, high-quality market feedback to Product and R&D teams.
• Identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities to assist in prioritizing roadmap decisions based on genuine customer insights.
• Act as a liaison between Product, GTM teams, and Leadership.
• Empower Sales and Solutions teams with clear and distinct product storytelling.
• Enhance the overall sophistication of our product positioning and sales approach.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product, Solutions, or Technical GTM roles within the B2B SaaS sector.
• A MarTech background is highly desirable, particularly in areas such as location marketing, search, reputation management, CDP, customer engagement, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence coupled with public speaking experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of how products are developed, positioned, and sold.
• Experience in influencing product direction without direct ownership.
• Capability to simplify complex concepts while retaining essential details.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in B2B SaaS is a plus, as innovation in this area is central to our product strategy.
• Based in the Americas and willing to travel for events and key customer interactions.
