Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the execution and overall health of the product capability roadmap encompassing air, land, and sea domains.

• Collaborate with the VP of Product to develop and refine a high-performing product organization.

• Oversee and implement the master capability roadmap in conjunction with the VP of Product.

• Set and uphold product development standards.

• Interact directly with customers and warfighters to understand operator requirements.

• Foster alignment among Engineering, Mission Operations, and Go-to-Market leadership.

• Lead decisions regarding build/buy/partner strategies and assess emerging technologies.

• Manage portfolio-level OKRs and success metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline with over 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree in a related area with more than 8 years of experience.

• Proven track record in leading and managing product or systems engineering teams.

• Extensive experience in delivering intricate technical integrations across hardware, software, and payload systems.

• Demonstrated success in owning product strategy and roadmaps for defense or dual-use autonomous systems.

• Experience in developing and managing requirements at both capability and portfolio levels.

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts, as well as product design and testing methodologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams, customers, and executive leadership.

• Experience engaging with external suppliers and strategic partners.
