Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance the product management roadmap for a range of products.

• Convert company strategy into defined product initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the SVP of Product and the wider leadership team.

• Establish and manage the product investment and resource allocation plans.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team comprising Group Product Managers and Product Managers.

• Drive the approach to ongoing discovery within the team.

• Partner effectively with engineering leadership to facilitate efficient planning.

• Work in tandem with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing teams.

• Define and manage product KPIs at the portfolio level.

• Serve as a knowledgeable and assertive product voice with customers, prospects, partners, and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading Product Management teams in a B2B SaaS context.

• Demonstrated success in a sales-driven SaaS environment.

• Strong expertise in the digital marketing or martech sectors.

• Experience in designing and implementing a pod or squad model.

• Proven track record in building or enhancing a Product Management discipline.

• Practical experience with AI/ML product development.

• Involvement in pricing, packaging, and product commercialization decisions.

• Solid background in Agile delivery frameworks.

• Experience in setting and owning product KPIs at a portfolio level.

• Proficient in managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
