Director of Product Management, AI Generation Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and implementation for Finance & Risk Modeling.

• Drive rapid prototyping and innovation across a diverse array of new concepts.

• Navigate within a highly ambiguous and fast-evolving environment.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize emerging AI / LQM use cases.

• Act as a reliable product partner to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Background in financial services and/or insurance.

• Expertise in risk modeling.

• Skills in financial simulation or scenario analysis.

• Experience with portfolio analytics or decision support tools.

• Ability to collaborate closely with quantitative and engineering teams.

• Proven history of 0→1 product development.

• Strong prioritization abilities.

• Exceptional skills in customer-facing interactions.

• Demonstrated capability to drive execution with minimal process or structure.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with UXR, design, engineering, and research teams.

• Educational qualifications in a quantitative or technical discipline.
