This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead OpenLoop’s product-led growth initiative, positioning PLG as a core growth strategy for the organization.
• Manage our self-serve go-to-market strategy from start to finish, ensuring alignment between top-of-funnel demand generation and conversion optimization throughout the entire customer journey.
• Enhance the user experience from landing page to product utilization to boost sign-up-to-client conversion rates.
• Design and execute product-led growth experiments in collaboration with the Product team, identifying and amplifying the most impactful growth levers.
• Support and refine high-performing client lifecycle and remarketing campaigns to increase sign-ups and transform clients into successful users.
• Establish the analytics infrastructure required to provide comprehensive visibility into the entire go-to-market funnel.
• Convert growth performance and funnel insights into clear reports and recommendations for cross-functional teams and executive management.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure systematic activation of new clients and assist them in thriving on the platform.
• Work in tandem with Sales and Customer Success on go-to-market and product-led growth strategies to enhance conversion, activation, and expansion results.
• Build and expand a team of growth engineers over time to facilitate experimentation, infrastructure development, and execution within the PLG framework.
• Assist in promoting the use of AI across our go-to-market strategy, identifying methods to enhance efficiency and outcomes across workflows, including copywriting, ad creation, and campaign execution.
• Over 8 years of experience in growth or product-led growth, preferably in freemium or free-trial settings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing the entire PLG funnel, from initial ad engagement to free trial, conversion, activation, and scalable customer growth.
• Solid performance marketing background with a profound understanding of how acquisition, product experience, and lifecycle engagement converge to generate growth.
• Strong technical proficiency, including a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Extensive familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, coupled with a robust understanding of how to leverage AI to enhance speed, quality, and execution.
• Proven capability to closely collaborate with Product teams to launch and refine growth experiments within the product experience.
• Experience in working closely with both Sales and Customer Success teams on go-to-market or product-led growth endeavors.
• Proven experience in team-building and management, with the capability to recruit, lead, and nurture high-performing teams over time.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to link funnel data and user behavior to business decisions and growth prospects.
• A builder mindset characterized by a high level of ownership, enthusiasm for experimentation, and meticulous attention to detail in execution.
• Experience in SaaS is advantageous.
• Background in health tech or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
