Director of Product Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing both the Manager App and Employee App from inception — including strategy, roadmap, design, and implementation.

• Overseeing the navigation structure, information hierarchy, and overall user experience framework across both applications.

• Ensuring that the platform’s capabilities are accessible to users while maintaining backend complexity out of sight.

• Taking ownership and governance of the Fourth design system — including component library, interaction patterns, visual language, and accessibility standards.

• Collaborating with product leads in various domains to define comprehensive workflows that integrate multiple systems.

• Converting intent-driven user journeys into clear, seamless experiences.

• Leading a diverse team comprising UX/UI designers, a Product Manager, and a delivery team of engineers and QAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in product, design, or experience-related roles.

• Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end products, not just designing them.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including designers and product managers.

• Familiarity with complex, multi-product or platform environments.

• Strong accountability for delivery — you have consistently met deadlines.

• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is preferred.

• Experience with hospitality or operational software is a significant advantage.
