This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and implementation for the core platform experience.

• Develop and lead a high-performing team of product managers.

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Higharc’s core platform experience.

• Transform the Studio product into a platform by making the core building model and drafting workflows accessible through APIs.

• Contribute to defining the integration of AI across the product portfolio.

• Manage product metrics and business outcomes effectively.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design leadership.

• Influence how platform capabilities are exposed and enhanced through integrations, internal tools, and shared services throughout the organization.

• Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex product domains or teams.

• More than 4 years of experience in people management, focusing on coaching and developing product managers.

• Proven success in delivering platform, workflow, or systems-driven products that have a significant impact on customers and the business.

• Combine strong product insight with excellent design judgment, ensuring that experiences are effective, scalable, intuitive, cohesive, and of high quality.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and other partners in dynamic environments.

• Possess a systems thinking approach, connecting technical architecture, customer workflows, and business objectives.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, balancing a broad vision with rigor in execution, product quality, and user experience.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders and driving decisions at both strategic and tactical levels.

• Ability to operate in uncertain situations and translate broad problem areas into focused roadmaps and execution strategies.
