Director of Product – Core Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the primary product roadmap and oversee the 12–18 month product strategy across Zipline’s main platform pillars.

• Supervise, mentor, and cultivate a team of product managers within Zipline’s essential product areas.

• Convert company strategy into actionable product decisions, prioritize PM tasks, and formulate quarterly plans.

• Spearhead the transformation of how the product team identifies, prioritizes, and executes tasks.

• Incorporate AI strategies into the primary product roadmap.

• Develop and sustain a profound understanding of Zipline’s customers and their requirements.

• Experience in a senior leadership role involving people management.

• Proven track record in managing a team of product managers.

• Strong situational leadership capabilities.

• Experience in fostering accountability, strategic insight, and autonomous decision-making practices.

• Familiarity with the integration of AI-driven workflows.

• Comprehensive understanding of customers and their operational realities.
