Director of Product Certifications and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the operations of a comprehensive functional area focused on our global product and industry certification initiatives.

• Develop and execute the strategy to uphold, broaden, and introduce new scopes for compliance and regulatory obligations throughout the organization.

• Manage the team responsible for U.S. Public Sector certifications (FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, FIPS 140-3) along with various other regulatory frameworks (IPv6, Common Criteria, VPAT, OpenSSL, TEC India, Canada CCCS, China MPS, EU CRA, and others).

• Assess the total cost of ownership and substantiate investments to the finance department by linking certification expenditures to anticipated revenue increases.

• Accountable for major enhancements in business processes and ongoing improvements in organizational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must demonstrate executive-level influence.

• Must show effective risk management and sound decision-making capabilities.

• Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field with 12 years of experience managing projects/programs; or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience.

• Requires progressive and proven experience in the industry and management roles.

• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity sector and demonstrate expertise in navigating certifications, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
