This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for all offerings by Enhanced, which includes prescription medications, supplements, and innovative health and wellness categories.
• Identify and assess new product opportunities within the Rx, OTC, supplement, and wellness sectors.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with medical teams, compounding pharmacies, fulfillment pharmacies, and contract manufacturers.
• Oversee the entire product development process from initial concept through formulation, regulatory review, and commercial launch.
• Negotiate pricing, cost of goods sold (COGS), terms, and service levels with pharmacy and manufacturing partners.
• Administer the product development pipeline, encompassing new formulations, new SKUs, and bundled offerings.
• Ensure all new products comply with regulatory standards (FDA, state pharmacy boards, labeling, claims compliance).
• Manage product P&L, margin optimization, and pricing strategy in collaboration with the ecommerce team.
• Foster relationships with ingredient suppliers and raw material vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and launch planning for new products.
• Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer data to guide portfolio decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including customer service and experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product development, product management, or product sourcing within telehealth, wellness, pharma, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity managing a product portfolio or product development function.
• Hands-on experience working with compounding pharmacies, medical teams, contract manufacturers, or supplement manufacturers.
• Proven track record of launching physical products that generated significant revenue.
• Strong knowledge of COGS structures, margin optimization, and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, supplement labeling requirements, and rules set by state pharmacy boards.
• Experience with prescription medication products, telehealth product development, or regulated health products is a considerable advantage.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions with marketing, ecommerce, medical, legal, and operations teams.
• Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship necessary).
