
Director of Product, Agentic Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Take ownership of the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic Commerce encompassing Cart Assistant and third-party agent integrations; establish clear success metrics and deliver measurable impacts on conversion, AOV, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, develop, and nurture a high-performing team of product managers; implement product operating rhythms, hiring strategies, and career development frameworks that promote a healthy, high-trust team environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, ML, and Design to deliver high-quality AI features from inception to deployment, including experimentation frameworks, safety measures, model selection and evaluation, latency and reliability considerations, and privacy-by-design principles.
• Work alongside Retail, Partnerships/BD, and GTM teams to commercialize agentic solutions, stimulate adoption among retailers, and shape co-development opportunities with industry-leading partners.
• Foster cross-organizational alignment with senior leaders; convert complex, technical ideas into clear narratives; make principled trade-offs to prioritize the most impactful work in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices, ensuring that experiences are transparent, trustworthy, and inclusive while adhering to regulatory and brand standards.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, including more than 3 years of managing and developing product managers.
• A proven history of building successful consumer products at scale with extensive expertise in e-commerce.
• Strong technical fluency in ML- and AI-driven products, including close collaboration with engineering and ML partners on model and platform-level decisions.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-quarter 0-to-1 initiatives and launching entirely new products in complex enterprise, B2B2C, and/or marketplace environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled at simplifying complex subjects for senior leaders and fostering alignment across organizations.
• Proven evidence of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing PMs; creating inclusive, high-trust teams and fostering product cultures.
• Experience defining and driving business outcomes using clear metrics; comfortable with experimentation and data analysis (collaborating with Analytics/using SQL or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science) or equivalent practical experience.
