Director of Product, Account & Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the vision, strategy, and implementation of the Consumer Directed Health product roadmap across HSA, HSA Investments, FSA, HRA, claims technology, and associated service technology support initiatives.

• Foster operational excellence and accountability across various product domains and leadership teams.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders to synchronize product investments with company objectives.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product leaders through coaching, collaboration, and strategic guidance.

• Propel AI-driven product innovation and operational enhancements across both customer and internal experiences.

• Supervise the prioritization and execution of internal operational product initiatives and service technology support endeavors.

• Ensure scalable product delivery processes and disciplined roadmap execution by adhering to robust product operating model practices.

• Influence future product strategy and market differentiation within the CDH ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations.

• At least 4 years in product leadership roles within HealthTech, FinTech, or similar sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of Consumer Directed Health ecosystems including HSA, FSA, HRA, claims, and investment-related products.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale product organizations and managing teams.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.

• Track record of driving roadmap execution in complex operational settings.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies, AI-supported workflows, or AI-driven product functionalities.

• Comprehensive understanding of product operating models, roadmap governance, and strategic prioritization frameworks.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and workflow management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
