This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Scribe’s global performance marketing program across diverse channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and others to drive measurable and efficient customer growth.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, establishing vision, testing priorities, and investment frameworks that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Define and execute the tactics that bring your strategy to fruition, leveraging deep expertise and first-principles thinking to identify, prioritize, and scale the channels, approaches, and tactics necessary for achieving our growth targets.
• Manage and monitor channel performance and budget pacing, consistently optimizing for efficiency and return on investment while discovering new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions on measurement, forecasting, and modeling, partnering closely with marketing analytics, finance, and growth teams to convert company objectives into clear media plans, spend allocations, and growth scenarios that inform decision-making and ensure alignment with business targets.
• Build and guide a high-impact team, nurturing future leaders and establishing best practices in media buying, measurement, and experimentation.
• 7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing and strategy, with at least 2 years of leading multi-channel programs at scale ($100M+ annual spend).
• 3+ years of experience in managing and developing teams of media buyers, analysts, or channel specialists.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling integrated performance marketing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and other growth platforms.
• Extensive expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including MMM, geo testing, incrementality studies, and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of media buying mechanics, creative optimization, and auction dynamics across platforms — recognizing how creative, targeting, and bidding strategies influence performance across various platforms.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business impact.
