Director of Patient Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee operations related to patient services.

• Facilitate the provision of patient access and adherence services for clients within the life sciences sector.

• Enhance the patient experience and ensure access to essential medications.

• Leverage healthcare knowledge, technology, data, and strategic insights to support commercialization solutions.

• Operate in a professional office setting utilizing computers, telephones, photocopiers, and other standard office tools.

• Travel may be required, but such travel is expected to be minimal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates who can type a minimum of 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy are preferred.

• A willingness to travel, albeit minimally, is preferred.

• Capability to communicate effectively through speaking and listening.

• Ability to remain seated for extended durations.

• Manual dexterity to type, handle objects, or feel textures.

• Capability to reach with arms and hands.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• A drug screening may be necessary depending on the specific position.
