This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee Persado’s strategic partnerships and enhance partner-driven pipeline and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Develop and expand partner-led distribution strategies where alliance partners proactively identify, position, and introduce Persado into customer opportunities.
• Broaden Persado’s presence within wider partner-led customer engagement and transformation initiatives.
• Manage intricate enterprise opportunities from initial partner-led pilot projects to extensive, multi-year enterprise growth.
• Direct joint account planning, executive alignment, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), pipeline assessments, and alliance governance.
• Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, compliance, security, and stakeholder management processes effectively.
• Create enablement frameworks, success metrics, and operational procedures that enhance alliance performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategies, or complex enterprise sales within sectors such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, AdTech, data, or other related enterprise technology domains.
• Proven track record of scaling partnerships that generate $3M–$5M+ in ARR.
• Established success in scaling strategic alliances with organizations like AWS, Salesforce, Mastercard, Adobe, Stripe, Snowflake, large independent software vendors (ISVs), hyperscalers, or similar ecosystem partners.
• Experience in owning or significantly influencing at least $2M+ in annual partner-sourced ARR, alongside a deep operational role in a select few strategic enterprise alliances rather than managing a broad partner portfolio.
• Demonstrated capability to evolve partnerships from initial engagements into wider enterprise adoption.
• Experience in closing and expanding enterprise deals with an annual contract value (ACV) of $500K+ and multi-year commercial arrangements.
• Strong executive presence with experience in navigating enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal frameworks.
• Ability to effectively articulate metrics such as pipeline generated, ACV, sales cycles, and expansion results, among others.
