This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Develop and lead Tremendous’ partner-driven growth strategy from the ground up, beginning with the establishment of a referral partner program that serves as a scalable growth channel.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients to generate substantial pipeline and revenue.
• Define clear positioning, enablement, and go-to-market alignment so that partners understand when, how, and why to involve Tremendous in deals.
• Design programs and incentives that keep partners actively engaged and consistently referring business.
• Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
• Identify gaps in structure, tools, or processes and establish solutions to facilitate partner success at scale.
• Leverage data and field feedback to prioritize opportunities, refine strategies, and direct investments in the partner ecosystem.
• Proven experience in building or scaling partnerships, programs, or revenue-related initiatives in uncertain environments.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes, whether related to pipeline or revenue.
• Strong judgment and prioritization abilities; you understand what is essential to build now versus later.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and advance initiatives without formal authority.
• A builder mentality: you thrive on starting with a blank slate, experimenting with ideas, and transforming successful tactics into playbooks.
• Excellent, thoughtful communication skills, particularly in writing. We embrace a documentation-first, low-meeting culture.
• High levels of ownership and autonomy. You are proactive, follow through on tasks, and do not wait for direction.
