• Directly oversee a group of Senior Partner Success Managers, providing guidance, accountability, and a clear vision for excellence within the team.
• Manage your own portfolio of partners, taking responsibility for the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Establish trusted, high-touch relationships with partners, acting as their main advisor and contact throughout their sponsorship journey.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each partner's objectives and proactively align them with suitable opportunities across The Suite's platform, events, and programming.
• Convert partner activities into clear ROI stories, highlighting insights, achievements, and strategic value in a manner that resonates with senior business leaders.
• Identify and secure growth opportunities, including upsells, expansions, and new partnership structures that align with partner goals and available resources.
• Track partner health metrics and proactively mitigate risks while ensuring that renewal and expansion pipelines remain consistently robust.
• Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of partner-focused initiatives throughout the organization.
• Advocate for an AI-driven operational model, creating automations, agents, and tools—both internal and external—that enhance results, scale team capacity, and improve the partner experience.
• Design and implement partner success agents for routine workflows.
• Automate data transfers between Hubspot, Airtable, DocSend, Gmail, and other platforms.
• Continuously enhance and expand the agent stack as the business evolves and new requirements arise.
• Document your agents and workflows to ensure that the entire team can comprehend and sustain them.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise customer or partner success, with a proven history of managing complex, high-value relationships at a senior level.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a natural talent for developing individuals and maintaining high standards.
• Background in working with partners or clients where in-person events, sponsorships, or experiential programming played a significant role in the relationship.
• Proven ability to learn and thoroughly understand partner objectives; bonus points for experience with professionals in legal or finance sectors.
• Proven capability to lead or significantly contribute to AI-focused initiatives, whether through building automations, deploying agents, or promoting the use of AI tools within a team.
• Strong commercial acumen; comfortable in identifying upsell and expansion opportunities and effectively driving them to closure.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex activities into executive-ready insights and build genuine rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and data-driven, with a proactive approach to monitoring partner health metrics and responding to signals effectively.
