Director of Partner Solutions – Cardiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage strategic customer relationships from the initial implementation phase through to long-term adoption, growth, and renewal for Ascertain's top healthcare partners.

• Oversee intricate implementations, guiding clients through deployment, change management, and operational transformation processes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, physician leaders, and practice administrators, aiding them in achieving measurable operational and financial results.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to provide outstanding customer experiences and influence product development.

• Discover expansion opportunities by identifying new use cases, showcasing ROI, and assisting customers in maximizing the value of Ascertain's platform.

• Develop scalable playbooks and best practices that enhance implementations and create repeatable success across specialty healthcare organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in leading enterprise healthcare implementations, customer success, consulting, or post-sale delivery within the healthcare technology sector.

• Extensive experience in supporting cardiology physician groups or cardiovascular service lines.

• Strong knowledge of ambulatory practice operations, including prior authorization, referrals, revenue cycle management, scheduling, and clinical workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and establish trusted relationships with healthcare executives and operational leaders.

• Familiarity with ambulatory EHRs such as athenaOne, eClinicalWorks, Epic, NextGen, or comparable platforms.

• Exceptional communication, project leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience in supporting enterprise health systems or large physician organizations, along with implementing AI-driven workflow automation or healthcare SaaS platforms, is a significant advantage.
