This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Expand and enhance Payzli's partner network through agents/ISOs, banking partnerships, and ISV affiliations.
• Manage the entire partner lifecycle from the initial prospecting to the signing process.
• Develop and sustain a robust personal pipeline by utilizing your existing industry connections.
• Collaborate with the Partner Success team to facilitate partner activation and ensure long-term success.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee a team of Partner Sales Representatives.
• Establish individual and team quotas, create reporting schedules, and ensure accountability.
• Mentor and guide team members to consistently achieve recruitment and activation objectives.
• Develop scalable procedures for prospecting, pipeline management, and the partner onboarding transition.
• Proven experience in payments, fintech, or merchant services.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing channel partners at scale.
• Previous experience in building or managing a sales team.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management, with the ability to handle a high-volume, multi-segment prospect list.
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM is preferred.
