This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of profitable subscriber growth across all paid channels, enhancing CAC efficiency, LTV/CAC improvements, and sustainable scalability.
• Develop and implement the paid acquisition strategy to meet ambitious growth objectives while enhancing cohort quality and plan mix.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team with clear accountability and performance benchmarks.
• Incorporate AI into campaign optimization, creative testing, budget allocation, and forecasting to speed up learning velocity and enhance performance.
• Create a scalable, data-driven growth engine that continuously optimizes for long-term value.
• Establish a disciplined testing framework to discover and scale new channels, audience segments, and upper-funnel opportunities.
• Champion advanced incrementality testing and provide critical inputs into Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to validate the impact of spending and ensure maximum efficiency across substantial budgets.
• Collaborate with Product, Lifecycle, Analytics, SEO, and ASO teams to optimize the entire funnel, from acquisition to activation and retention.
• Align paid media strategies with core brand narratives to enhance reach, trust, and conversion.
• Develop scalable reporting, automation, and workflows that facilitate rapid, informed decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of acquisition marketing experience for mobile applications and web platforms, with a successful track record of managing large-scale budgets effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of paid acquisition channels, along with experience in offline channels, brand media campaigns, and native advertising.
• A results-driven individual with a mindset geared towards relentless experimentation and broad exposure to both digital and traditional acquisition channels.
• Possess an unwavering attention to detail that drives significant results.
• A natural thinker who utilizes "first principles" and thrives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel, analytics platforms, and advanced growth automation/bid management tools.
• Understanding of how paid signals affect organic rankings (SEO) and app store visibility (ASO).

• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
