This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and management of AI and ML infrastructure.

• Supervise the complete ML lifecycle — from model training and deployment to monitoring, optimization, and scaling.

• Lead a small engineering team while fostering seamless collaboration among research, engineering, and operations teams.

• Design, maintain, and enhance scalable infrastructure for ML training, inference, and experimentation.

• Ensure that model deployment pipelines are dependable, efficient, and cost-effective.

• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and automated rollback systems to ensure system reliability.

• Collaborate with research teams to optimize workflows for training, evaluation, and fine-tuning of models.

• Support AI-driven initiatives across product teams by offering reliable infrastructure and operational expertise.

• Improve model inference latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.

• Develop and enforce CI/CD practices for ML models, including versioning, testing, and deployment.

• Contribute to the design, documentation, and roadmap planning of ML architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in MLOps, ML Engineering, or AI Infrastructure positions.

• Strong grasp of ML/DL concepts with hands-on experience in model training and deployment.

• Proficiency in cloud-native ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML.

• Experience with orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with model optimization methods such as quantization, distillation, TensorRT, and FasterTransformer.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different functions.
