This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Target General Liability program by aligning operational execution, client service delivery, analytics, and program initiatives to achieve high-quality claim outcomes, operational excellence, and successful long-term partnerships with clients.
• Deliver strategic leadership and oversight for a Large National Client program encompassing both operational execution and client service delivery.
• Directly manage the GL Non-Litigation Claims Manager and GL Litigation Supervisor to ensure alignment across both litigated and non-litigated operations.
• Lead activities related to operational performance management, including claim quality, inventory management, cycle time, litigation trends, and financial results.
• Oversee client stewardship, operational reporting, analytics, and the presentation of program performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal operational leadership to create, implement, and monitor program improvement initiatives.
• Convert operational and financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance claim outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary coordination point among operations, analytics, client stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure consistent execution of program objectives.
• Execute additional duties as assigned and support the organization's quality program(s).
• Travel as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, including seven (7) years in claims management and four (4) years in a supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of General Liability claims management practices and principles of operational leadership.
• Strong skills in operational leadership and organizational management.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• A solid understanding of operational analytics and performance management.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data and communicate actionable insights effectively.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster organizational alignment.
• Strong skills in client partnership and strategic collaboration.
• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office products and reporting platforms.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
