This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Act as a pivotal operational collaborator throughout the Central Region.

• Convert regional priorities into practical and actionable strategies.

• Advocate for operational initiatives.

• Hold formal operational accountability for one designated District.

• Propel growth within the current client portfolio.

• Utilize data, financial insights, and operational metrics to uncover opportunities.

• Educate and mentor leaders on the operational factors that influence margin and productivity.

• Exemplify essential leadership behaviors and promote a culture of safety, service excellence, accountability, inclusion, and ongoing learning.

• Foster strong collaborative relationships with key functional partners.

• Oversee fleet operations, including maintenance and safety standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

• At least 5+ years of leadership experience in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, Business Management, Direct Store Delivery, Retail, Route Operations, Warehouse Operations, Service Operations, Equipment Maintenance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations leadership, route-based operations, warehouse management, service/equipment maintenance, or similar business environments.

• Proven track record of leadership with accountability for financial performance, operational execution, client service, and/or P&L results.

• Strong grasp of operational metrics, financial drivers, productivity levers, margin enhancement, and performance management practices.

• Demonstrated capability to lead by influence, cultivate alignment, and drive accountability across various locations, functions, and leadership tiers.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in diagnosing operational challenges, simplifying complex issues, and supporting practical, sustainable solutions.

• Experience in leading change, executing new processes, and enhancing business performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is preferred.

• Proven commitment to safety, service excellence, employee engagement, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• A valid driver's license is required.
