Director of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage daily operations across non-clinical divisions.

• Identify operational risks and proactively eliminate obstacles before they develop.

• Act as the main escalation point for operational challenges.

• Foster accountability among department leaders.

• Track KPIs, commitments, and organizational priorities.

• Ensure that cross-functional initiatives stay on course.

• Assist in acquisition integrations and growth initiatives.

• Oversee significant operational, technology, and process enhancement projects.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish scalable systems and workflows.

• Maintain operational dashboards and performance indicators.

• Deliver clear updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operations leadership, healthcare operations, business operations, or similar roles.

• Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare organizations.

• Significant experience in managing KPIs, performance, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and hold teams accountable.

• Strong systems-thinking and process improvement capabilities.

• Preferred: Experience in behavioral health.

• Preferred: Experience in multi-state healthcare operations.

• Preferred: Experience in acquisition integration.

• Preferred: Experience with EHR or healthcare software implementations.

• Preferred: Experience supporting founders or high-growth organizations.

• Preferred: PMP, MBA, or equivalent leadership experience.
