This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead critical operational projects from inception to completion — including new SKU launches, vendor onboarding, packaging transitions, operational readiness for new retail accounts, and initiatives for process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations and fellow Director-level leaders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and transitions.
• Act as the operational glue within the Operations organization — identifying misalignments, highlighting risks early on, and facilitating resolutions across teams.
• Work alongside Marketing, Finance, CX, and commercial teams to ensure operational priorities are transparent and well-supported throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Supply Chain and Director of Logistics on demand forecasting, inventory management, and fulfillment execution — delivering operational support and cross-functional alignment across DTC and retail channels.
• Drive improvements in shipping efficiency, cost savings, and delivery performance by pinpointing opportunities and coordinating across teams to implement solutions.
• Oversee the research, assessment, and implementation of tools and systems that enhance efficiency, visibility, and automation within operations — including ERP enhancements, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and create scalable, repeatable processes and SOPs that can adapt as the business grows.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations on optimizing ERP and operations platforms — ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and cross-functional usability across all operational functions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key operational vendors, manufacturers, and partners — holding them accountable to SLAs, performance standards, and contractual obligations.
• Continuously assess vendor and contract performance, identifying opportunities to renegotiate, consolidate, or diversify as the business evolves.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide the VP of Operations and leadership team with real-time visibility into key operational metrics, KPIs, and risks.
• Offer regular insights, analyses, and recommendations to leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the operational organization.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or operational program management — preferably within CPG, health, or wellness sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional operational projects from initiation to completion with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong history of establishing processes, implementing systems, and driving operational enhancements in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated capability in managing vendors, 3PLs, and operational partners efficiently.
• Systems-oriented — skilled in ERP, inventory management, and operational platforms (NetSuite, Cin7, Shopify, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities — adept at leveraging data to inform decisions and uncover opportunities.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities — naturally resourceful and solutions-oriented.
• A builder's mindset — consistently seeking ways to enhance efficiency, scalability, and organizational clarity.
• Experience in startups or high-growth CPG environments is a significant advantage.
