Director of Operational Excellence, Strategic Programs – PMO

📋 Description

• Delve deeper than surface-level observations to pinpoint the fundamental causes of operational challenges.

• Convert organizational goals into comprehensive project workplans.

• Spearhead critical transformational initiatives.

• Take ownership of the 'Go-To-Green' (GTG) process for clients at risk.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.

• Manage intricate interpersonal dynamics to facilitate negotiations and implement change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).

• Over seven (7) years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy within the healthcare domain.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics.

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including payer-provider relationships, regulations, and emerging trends.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Expertise in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
