Director of Onboarding – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture the Onboarding and Professional Services managers, consultants, and implementation specialists.

• Take ownership of implementation delivery, utilization, customer satisfaction, and time-to-value.

• Develop scalable methodologies, playbooks, and project governance frameworks.

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance customer-centric initiatives.

• Oversee services revenue, utilization, project profitability, and resource allocation.

• Create KPIs and prepare executive reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading Professional Services, Implementation, Onboarding, or Customer Success teams within B2B SaaS.

• Proven experience managing leaders and cross-functional implementation teams.

• Preferred background in ERP, manufacturing, construction, CAD/CAM, or enterprise software.

• Strong skills in operational leadership, project management, and financial expertise.

• Demonstrated success in scaling implementation organizations.

• Familiarity with CRM, PSA, project management, and customer success platforms.
