This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Implement evidence-based practice models to enhance role clarity and bolster recruitment through professional pathways, clinical credibility, and practice excellence.

• Promote practice alignment, accountability, and ongoing improvement by utilizing data and performance metrics.

• Expedite the adoption of best practices throughout the organization to enhance speed to value and operational reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Registered Nurse license must be obtained before the hire date or job transfer date.

• BLS Provider certification is required within 1 Month (30 days) of the hire date or job transfer date.

• Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross for BLS is accepted.

• A Master's degree in nursing is mandatory.

• MSN and Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) credential are required.

• Experience in evidence-based nursing practice, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives is essential.
