Director of Network Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a high-performing team tasked with delivering intricate fiber infrastructure projects.

• Foster a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.

• Manage bid processes and negotiate contracts with environmental, OSP engineering, and OSP construction vendors.

• Handle project management for multiple initiatives, setting schedules and ensuring budget adherence.

• Act as a point of escalation for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Enhance operational maturity by optimizing processes for service delivery lifecycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in operational roles within high-pressure environments.

• Demonstrated capability to lead, mentor, and retain high-performing internal teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.

• In-depth understanding of the complete project lifecycle.

• Strong planning abilities to create detailed project timelines.

• Expertise in the development, management, and oversight of substantial capital budgets.

• Comprehensive grasp of fiber network cost structures.

• Familiarity with fiber engineering and documentation standards.

• Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Google Maps, Google Earth, and Smartsheet.
