This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop a successful portfolio of national and corporate business by establishing strategic accounts, exploring new markets, and converting qualified opportunities into lucrative group, corporate, and special-event revenue.
• Foster trusted relationships with clients, aligning their business needs with unique resort experiences through site visits, familiarization trips, industry events, and tailored sales engagement.
• Enhance the resort’s presence through networking, trade shows, community and professional organizations, and active participation in the business community.
• Share market insights and create complementary business opportunities alongside the Sales Team.
• Identify industry trends, new opportunities, and competitive intelligence, transforming insights into proactive account strategies and business development.
• Negotiate profitable agreements and oversee the sales process from initial prospecting to final conversion.
• Prepare necessary reports and furnish information to the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales.
• Represent Nemacolin at internal and external meetings, trade shows, community and professional organizations, and networking events.
• Collaborate across sales disciplines to further broader revenue objectives.

• Previous experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, group sales, destination sales, or a similar hospitality sales environment is preferred.
• Proven success in developing and managing client accounts while achieving individual booking, production, or revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, group business, and the essentials of negotiating profitable sales.
• Experience with strategic account development, prospecting, networking, and new business generation.
• Familiarity with Delphi and its functionalities is preferred.
• Capability to produce production reports and provide information required by the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales.
• Ability to represent Nemacolin professionally at internal and external meetings, trade shows, community and professional organizations, and business networking events.
• Competence to work effectively in a deadline-oriented, results-driven environment.
