This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and spearhead the global merchandising strategy for e-commerce, retail locations, and international markets.

• Maintain a keen understanding of fashion trends, cultural dynamics, and changing customer preferences.

• Convert product roadmaps, trend insights, and performance metrics into unified assortment strategies.

• Establish SKU architecture, segmentation, and depth across various categories and channels.

• Collaborate with Finance, Buying, and Product teams to build pricing frameworks and margin structures.

• Oversee Product Lifecycle Management.

• Ensure an optimal product mix, depth, and timing for DTC, retail, and international distribution.

• Formulate channel-specific assortment strategies.

• Manage global analysis of sell-through rates, margin performance, and inventory efficiency.

• Lead end-of-season evaluations and provide insights on in-season performance.

• Stay informed about consumer trends, cultural shifts, and competitive landscapes.

• Act as a key strategic partner to Product Development, Design, Marketing, Planning, Retail, and Supply Chain.

• Over 12 years of merchandising experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Merchandising, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience operating at the Director level or above.

• Ability to harmonize strategic category leadership with everyday operational details.

• Extensive expertise in e-commerce, combined with experience in supporting physical retail growth.

• Advanced proficiency in both e-commerce and retail metrics.

• Strategic thinker capable of aligning brand vision with disciplined commercial decision-making.
