• Take ownership of field marketing initiatives in EMEA, concentrating on events that effectively generate tangible pipeline.
• Strategize and implement exclusive, high-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) events aimed at targeted enterprise accounts.
• Ensure that events are not just conducted but also lead to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
• Manage all aspects from start to finish: including strategy, logistics, vendor coordination, follow-up, and reporting.
• Assist in establishing the foundation for scaling the function and gradually developing a team.
• 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation.
• Strong background in ABM-style events as well as industry-specific events.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline through field marketing programs.
• Experience collaborating closely with B2B Sales teams.
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment with a build-from-scratch mentality.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
