This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Create and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop segmentation strategies that enhance targeting, engagement, and conversion across various channels.
• Oversee the execution of acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring coherence across both digital and traditional channels.
• Aid in the development and consistency of Wurth Industry’s brand identity, voice, and positioning.
• Implement brand initiatives throughout campaigns, product lines, and customer interactions.
• Manage internal creative resources and external agency partnerships to produce effective marketing materials.
• Oversee paid media and search programs, optimizing performance to achieve revenue and ROI goals.
• Propel execution across digital platforms including email, promotions, and campaign activations.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns that unify demand generation, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Merchandising teams to ensure marketing plans align with commercial priorities.
• Work with the Finance department on budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Track marketing performance and key KPIs, making data-driven modifications to enhance results.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer insights to maximize marketing investments.
• Assist in reporting marketing contributions to revenue, margin, and customer growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience, demonstrating success in driving growth through marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in SEM and paid media strategy.
• Direct experience managing paid search budgets, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
• 3–5 years of experience in people leadership, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent tools.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
